Terms of Service

1. The Consultation

• The consultation provided is solely for your information. Actions you take based on a session are your own responsibility, and I am not responsible for any decisions you make following the consultation.
• Understand that our service does not identify a singular, perfect living location for you. It highlights potential areas for your consideration but always trust your judgment and discretion. I cannot guarantee outcomes, timing, or how you will personally experience a location.
• You have chosen this consultation at your discretion, understanding the nature of the service provided.
• Any post-session support requiring more than 15 minutes of our time will require a follow-up consultation.

2. Your Birth Data

• Please ensure the birth data you provided is correct to get the most accurate reading possible.
• By engaging in this service, you authorize me to use your personal birth information to create personalized astrological charts for you.

3. Scope of a Reading

Astrological readings are meant for insights and inspiration. They are not substitutes for professional advice in legal, medical, or therapeutic fields. For such advice, please consult a licensed professional.

4. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment is taken at booking through Cal.com, my scheduling provider, which processes cards via Stripe. I never see or store your card details. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, though you are welcome to reschedule once instead. Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, and are returned to the original payment method.

5. Late Arrivals

If you're more than 15 minutes late, your consultation will be rescheduled once, coordinated via email. Missing the second appointment will result in cancellation without a refund.

6. Respect & Boundaries

Our work together happens in a sacred, supportive space, and every session is a co-creative exchange built on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. To protect that container, there is zero tolerance for manipulation, verbal abuse, gaslighting, harassment, or fraudulent behaviour, whether before, during, or after a session. The following are not allowed:

• Filing false reports, payment disputes, or refund claims after your session or materials have been delivered.
• Attempts to control, critique, or override the guidance, methods, or recommendations offered in a session.
• Sending screenshots or corrections from other astrology tools or from AI.
• Unsolicited advice about how sessions or materials are delivered.
• Manipulative, dismissive, or condescending language in any channel of communication.

7. Refusal of Service

I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the session at any point, for any reason. If the boundaries above are crossed, your session will be ended immediately and access to all related materials will be revoked. The professional relationship ends there - no further sessions or correspondence will be provided.
