Privacy Policy

1. Information I Collect

• Booking details. Your name, email address, and time zone, collected by the booking form when you schedule a session.
• Birth data. Your date, time, and place of birth, entered into the booking form so I can cast your charts before we meet.
• Payment details. Handled entirely by the booking provider and its payment processor. I see that a session was paid for; I never receive or store your card number.
• Session recordings. Consultations are recorded so you can revisit them afterwards. See section 4.
• Correspondence. Anything you send me by email, including questions and details you add about your situation.

2. How I Use It

Your information is used to schedule and hold your session, to prepare your astrocartography charts and notes, to send you the recording and any follow-up materials, and to answer you when you get in touch. That is the whole list. I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for advertising or send marketing email you did not ask for.

3. Who Else Touches It

Two companies handle some of your data on my behalf. What each one receives is below; what they then do with it is governed by their own privacy policies.

• Cal.com - the booking form on this site. Everything you type into it, including your birth data, is stored by Cal.com, which also takes payment through its own Stripe connection.
• Google Meet - carries the consultation itself and holds the recording.

4. Session Recordings

Your consultation is recorded and the recording is shared with you afterwards, so the reading is not something you have to hold in your memory. Recording is done through Google Meet and the file stays in my Google Drive, which is where your copy is shared from. You can download the file and keep it, and I would encourage you to - your access to my copy ends when I delete it under section 6. The recording contains your birth data and whatever you choose to discuss during the session, and is kept under the same retention rule as everything else below. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell me before or at the start of the session and I will not record it. You can ask me to delete a recording at any time.

5. Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other sites, and never sees your birth data or anything else you type - only the page you are on, where you arrived from, and rough details like country, browser, and device type. There are no advertising pixels. Fonts are served from this site rather than fetched from Google. The embeds described in section 3 set their own cookies, which are outside my control.

6. How Long I Keep It

Birth data, charts, notes, and recordings are kept for about three months after your most recent session, so that returning clients do not have to start over, and are deleted after that. You can ask me to delete yours sooner, at any time, and I will.

7. Your Rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or send you a copy in a portable form. You can also withdraw your consent to my holding your birth data, which means deleting it. Write to me at the address below and I will act on the request. Clients in the UK and EU also have the right to complain to their national data protection authority.
